We have hired some of the industry's top leading experts in their own fields to develop tests so that we can assess our candidate's skills. The online testing facility allows us to assess and compare fellow candidates. We also have online learning modules that make the whole testing process as efficient as possible, allowing Impact to also work with candidates remotely from all over the world.
Clients are able to upload tests and search the results from each candidate. This allows our clients to identify which candidates are most appropriate for short listing.
