Manage the delivery process from conception to completion of all recruitment activities, whilst proactively developing new business using all available tools and methods. Throughout the process you will maintain existing client relationships, to ensure further business.
Candidate Management, Attraction and Care:
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process
- Obtain referrals where possible and vacancy leads
- Source candidates using all available methods, including writing and posting advertisements on the internet & various job boards, using a wide range of media, headhunting
- Interview and assess candidates against specific competencies
- Provide excellent candidate care and ensure that regular contact is maintained and constructive interview feedback is given
- Interview preparation, ensuring candidates are equipped with every thing they need to succeed.
Client Management & Business Development:
- Manage the recruitment process from vacancy to offer. Alleviating any possible obstacles ensuring a smooth close
- Exploit networking opportunities as appropriate, developing new business contacts through effective canvassing and marketing.
- Agree preferred supplier agreements gaining exclusivity where possible; negotiate placement fees; terms of employment and contract rates.
- Provide high levels of service, evaluate and act on recommendations in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of recruitment related employment law
- Develop close working relationships with Hiring Managers and new prospects to build an in-depth understanding of their requirements and related challenges.
- Overcome objections and provide individual tailored solutions to their business needs.
