This helps us get to know you better, as well as screen candidates so we can identify the right candidates for the right companies. We usually run assessment days by specific skills and experience and will identify the candidates who best fit our client’s requirements. We run them for clients to make sure we get the best fit. We can also identify potential companies that we should contact on our candidates’ behalf.
Because of the success of our assessment days and value they are able to offer clients and candidates, we conduct the days on an invite-only basis.
