Service Desk Analyst

We are working on behalf of a dynamic managed service provider in the Central London area for the Legal sector.

Service Desk Analyst

Central London – £20K - £24K 

The role will involve 1st line support, call logging, remote troubleshooting wherever possible including account lockouts, password reset, etc

Requirements:

  • Advance knowledge of desktop applications
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good written English
  • 2+ years Service desk experience
