1st Line Support / Helpdesk – Ely, Cambridgeshire – Up to £20K DOE

Are you looking for an opportunity in the Cambridgeshire area as an 1st Line Support / Helpdesk analyst?

We are working with a rapidly expanding international business whose flagship product is sold in the healthcare industry. They are recruiting for a 1st Line support / helpdesk analyst to provide high level support to their professional client base.

Working with cutting edge technologies this company provide a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop an existing skill base.

The role will involve 1st line support, call logging, remote troubleshooting wherever possible all centred on their flagship software product which is a database running on SQL servers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to their remotely located offices
  • 1+ years Service/helpdesk / 1st line support experience
  • Ability to run simple queries on SQL
  • Knowledge of proxy’s or firewalls
  • Dynamic attitude
  • Windows OS
  • EXCELLENT communication skills
